They never called back. I left an SMS message with my call back number because their voice-mail was full and I was unable to leave a voice message. I also sent an email and just never heard back. I ended up getting my own keys out of the trunk of my car from watching a YouTube video on how to unlock it without keys. YouTube for the win! Saved me from a lot of trouble. It’s been four days and I’ve still heard nothing from Kingman. Glad I was able to follow video instructions from someone else.

8/22/24 UPDATE: I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against the company on 8/14/24 in an effort to get some sort of restitution for the damages and trouble this company has caused, which prompted emails from KeyMe’s support team as well as their “partner” under the name “Millenium Professional Services”, who was supposed to be the organization who would be coordinating a resolution with me. This MPS group is anything but professional, as they have ignored my response to their initial email, incessantly called me while I’m at work without leaving a voicemail, and when I do answer the phone the call is immediately dropped.
When I follow up with the KeyMe support team about my complaint, I am told “they have tried contacting you, and you should call them at ______.” Calling the number provided leads you to a phone tree with representatives that either a) immediately hang up on you at the mention of having a complaint, or b) redirect you to their emergency locksmith dispatchers, who have no idea how to forward your call to an actual support member who has any interest in resolving disputes.
This entire organization is a money grabbing joke of a “locksmith company” and deserves to be put out of business.

Called KeyMe because I was locked out of my apartment late at night… they sent me a fraudulent locksmith who didn’t have any lock picking tools, and instead took a flathead screwdriver to the frame of my door to pry it open with airbags, causing tons of property damage in the process.
By the time he got into the apartment the part of the door that interlocks with the frame was bent out of place, preventing the door from latching properly. He was unable to fix the damage he caused himself, charged me $500 for the pleasure of damaging my front door and ruining any way of securing myself or my valuables in the apartment, and has since denied causing any property damage and is refusing to issue a refund.
0/10 never call these guys for help. Please make sure to have a backup key available to you, or at least don’t let desperation get the best of you to fall for Google reviews. I understand now there are lots of unlicensed, fraudulent locksmiths out there and this company is how they find business.
