Accurate Lock and Security is a terrific provider of locksmithing services. They have been able to duplicate many 1990’s vehicle keys for me with high quality original American blanks. They are fair, honest, and upfront with their work: they have serviced my 20+ year old vehicles with worn tumblers while keeping me informed about different possible outcomes.

They have also helped me with a locking mailbox at work, giving me different options for security locks and hardware, while working around the original hardware/setup.

Niko is very talented at what he does. Justin is also very nice and experienced.

Original key for my ancient car wasn’t wanting to turn the ignition without difficulty. Got it checked out and they were able to clean the barrel without needing to replace it like other places were suggesting. Got a spare key made also. Both keys are working great now! Good work and price!

DO NOT use this service. I’m being asked to describe the service I received from this company and there isn’t an option for NO SERVICE RECEIVED. I got locked out of my apartment on a Saturday. I called, and was told a technician was on the way and to expect a phone call. No call, so 45 minutes later, I called and asked for an update. They assured me he was on the way and that they’d call the technician to see where they’re at. After yet again no response, I called again to request another update, and suddenly the automated voice was telling me there was no available technicians in my area. There was no option to talk to customer service. I had no way to contact the person I had made the service request with. My husband tried the phone number, and they answered immediately. So I got onto the phone and said hey remember me, and they told me oh I need to call the technician for an update. I said, didn’t you already do that? The they hung up on me. After that we could not reach this service even for a minute. We ended up finding our own way into our apartment which was MUCH easier than trying to deal with this service. This was hours ago and still we never received any sort of call about our service request. This company is a joke. Listen to all of the 1 star reviews and if you’re in an emergency, DO NOT call this service. They will leave you hanging with no response and ZERO help. If I get locked out of my apartment again, I’d have better luck asking a random person on the street for help. Seriously. The worse business I have ever *tried* to receive service from. Customer service, or whatever sad excuse they had on the phone, was no help. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. DO NOT USE KEY LOCKSMITHS IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY IN BELLINGHAM, WA. I’m sure literally any other locksmith service could do better than these guy. Even breaking down your door would be more efficient, and cheaper by the sounds of the other reviews. Thanks for reading my long rant. Before Locksmith responds to this review – NO, I don’t want to ‘resolve’ this or speak to anyone from your pathetic excuse of an emergency service company.
