Crummy customer service and didn’t even want to attempt to help me. Instead made me sit around for a half hour and then asked me if I would prefer to make an appointment. I will probably never do business with this company again.

Did the job at about a minute or so per key! I got the buy 2 get 1 free deal and when I got them home they were perfect! No need to re-key or anything. Would definitely recommend and use again when needed

Quick copying of my apartment keys.
They were offering a buy two get one free, but I decided I didn’t need three keys, so I backed out of the offer and then it offered me 33% off – which made the keys less than $7 each. I still ended up buying three and paying the same price, but it was a quick process and they had a good selection of designs available immediately.
They also had other key designs that could be carved and shipped to you. I did not look into how much the shipping was.
The keys work perfectly in my door.
They do offer an option to shave down high points on your keys, and I have used that in the past, but I don’t feel like it makes a huge difference if your lock isn’t very old and worn down, so I didn’t pay the extra this time.
Overall a great experience.

This has been the worst experience ever ! Not only do I keep getting pass to other people and put on hold but I keep getting hung up on !!!!! I just wanted them to fax a receipt to my insurance company! I don’t recommend them for any type of service. Is they are expensive ! Not worth it at all !

I loved all of the different options. Being able to use it whenever I have time is a lifesaver. Not having to wait for someone to have time is awesome thanks.

Absolute crap product. I ordered four copies and every single one was wrong. Reached out to the company the very next day, as it said to on the machine. Nothing. I do not recommend ever using these machines.

Nothing but upsell after upsell after upsell. Just cut my key already. For something that is supposed to be easier, this was nothing but a straight hassle for probably double the price of a key getting cut elsewhere.

Needless to say the convenience was so inconvenient that I will probably never use this crappy machine again.
