Epic was great to work with from scheduling to the actual onsite service. Armen was our technician and was prompt, professional, and worked efficiently. He rekeyed 3 doors, and even made a recommendation for what to consider after I mentioned we’ll be replacing our doors all together in the near future. Will definitely use them for all locksmith services in the future.

Quick, helpful, efficient. Came within 10 minutes of initial call. Steve was professional, had all the tools, and made sure to leave our doorknob completely in tact. Thank goodness because we are renting and someone less experienced could’ve ruined our lock. It took Steve less than 30 minutes from time of call to a successful unlocking. Thanks Steve! We hope to never have to call again but if we do, we will certainly call you.

I lost all of my keys and needed a replacement for my car, as well as a backup. I will say the service was swift, professional, and successful. What I don’t like is the quality of key fob.
The first few days the battery didn’t seem to work, so Steve graciously met me to replace the battery. But since then it’s been months, and I can say the buttons get pushed too easily, especially the alarm, which goes off sometime by just putting my keys in my purse.
Steve, if you’re reading this, please spend a little more money on the key fobs when you buy them. Especially when you’re charging over $600 for a key fob, key, and your services. We have to use these things.

Got key a couple of 🔑 to have some spare and the keys work just fine. Process was easy, screen instructions were easy to follow and it only took a couple minutes to get the job done. You pay for 2 keys and get a third one as a complement. I would definitely recommend it and I will go back when I need to.

I’ve been trying to find a key cutting machine that could cut a copy of my key and only found one other machine that could do it. This one was in a QFC and I decided to try to see if it could and to my surprise it had blanks on hand I was able to cut my key in just minutes. Now I have a spare, tested it and it is a perfect copy. My only criticism is that there was only 1 available blank, I wish there was more options to choose from in the machine. You can order other designs but they aren’t available same day. Otherwise it worked perfectly.

I used the kiosk to make 4 copies of a key and found the process pretty straightforward and reasonably prices (buy 2, get 1 free, plus a discount on the 4th key). The machine does take a while to make that many keys (5-6 minutes, I think) and the location isn’t ideal for standing around, but I was able to step to the side a bit and still keep an eye on the machine as it spit out one key at a time. It was great to have a non-contact option to get keys made during social distancing and I loved being able to save the key with my fingerprint to make more as needed.

My husband and I left our keys in the trunk of our car and were very worried about it until someone recommended that we call Mystic Locksmith. They answered immediately, arrived quickly, and from the very beginning were very empathetic and efficient. The team not only helped us open the car, but they were also very committed to helping us get the keys out of the trunk (which was an even bigger problem because of my car model). They stayed with us as long as necessary, even when it started to rain and get cold.

We are very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them without hesitation. The price was more than fair for the assistance provided!

We needed our mailbox and front door locks replaced. David did a great job. He gave us an estimate over email, and also pointed out a couple of things that we had not considered based on photos that we sent him. Total Scam – Beware!
I got ripped off for $289 to unlock my 2014 Hyundai. The guy showed up in about 10 minutes, spent literally 3 minutes opening the door, and then slapped me with this insane bill. Nothing but a scam operation taking advantage of people when they’re stuck. Outrageous, greedy, and predatory. If you don’t want to get robbed in broad daylight, stay far away from these crooks.

Excellent experience with the KeyMe machine! I made 3 keys—two worked perfectly on the first try. One didn’t work because it was a mailbox key, which isn’t compatible. The process was super easy, quick, and accurate. Definitely worth it!
