Easy service, convenient location, however only one of the two keys I had copied worked. No easy way to reach the company to pursue a refund or get a replacement. UPDATE: I updated my review to 5 stars after a quick, speedy response from the company. They were incredibly helpful and efficient, resolved the issue with the non-functioning key, and showed the utmost in professional courtesy. I will not hesitate to use the service again!

Garbage key. Rough edges, doesn’t turn. At least the refund was pretty much instant, but a waste of time and energy.

The machine cut two keys OK and then failed to cut the third key appropriately, but still charged us. The 800 number didn’t work and there was no easy way to get a refund.

Will not recommend to anyone for following reasons:
1. Inconsistent messaging – the person who took the first call and the technician said different things.
2. Technician’s professionalism:
a. Calls at 8:30, promises to show up in 30-45 minutes, comes at 10:10.
b. Per agreement, I am supposed to pay for the visit and I am free to accept or decline his service after I get the quote. When I said his quote is way too high and I have cheaper option and I would pay the charges for his visit but not take his services, he was very mad. Later he accepted the offer I made.
c. After work he leaves a lot of oil on the floor and black spots on the doors – asks me to clean those.
d. Left minor damages on the door frame.
3. I get a call later in the day from the company. They seemed only interested in knowing how much I paid to the technician, not what my experience was.

Fast and accurate key duplication. Price is fair and relatively low. Reason for not getting 5-star is that the bow {handle} of the key has sharp corners and edges and is a little small for easy turning. It may cut into the thumb and finger for some people when turning the key especially if the lock is hard to turn.
