Came out promptly in the late evening in the rain, baled me out with a dog in a running locked truck with no spare key in the dark. Got truck opened in minutes, made me a spare key all at very reasonable cost. Would put him on a recommended in a heartbeat!!

Process was easy but for a basic key to pay.$8.99 and any design was 13.99 and up is ridiculous.

These guys are great! I had locked my keys in my car at the store and I called them up and they got there quickly and got me into my car. Josh was very professional and very courteous. It began in a normal way. Walk in. Ask questions. Get a reply. We agreed. I dropped off a Puck lock the kind for more aggressive theft protection. The simple truth is that the labor cost was agreed upon. However the drawn out time us what lessons 5 stars to four. That was over 3 weeks.
The owner did repair the lock. BTW. A manufacturer fault. An easy fix. Deeper knowledge. I have 3 of the same puck locks..I wanted to keep all the same keyed lock alike
LSS. He didn’t charge me BC of the simplicity. However may more bc of the continuous wait.
In summery. He explained to me the issue and didn’t charge me.

I say this. As a man of integrity and in the service business myself. Thats an upstanding way to operate a business.
Ps..im a very small and have little impact on a business if this size.

Im am greatly satisfied that he allow me to not be charged…

I want to give a big shout out to this business and Frank! I had originally called because I thought I needed a new car key since it kept jamming in the ignition. When I brought my car in he took the time to figure out what was wrong instead of just making me a new key, and he was able to fix the problem that was causing my key to jam the very next day. He definitely saved me a ton versus what I would’ve paid if I went to a dealer. Thank you again Frank!

The kiosk failed to make a good copy of my key. Then they used the email that I had to provide for a receipt (of course the kiosk doesn’t have a printer) to continuously spam my inbox looking for reviews. Well, here’s mine, I hope you’re happy. Definitely do not recommend. As far as I’m concerned this is a shady business not worth your time or money.
