My daughter locked her keys in the car while almost 2 hours away from us. We had roadside assistance and it took longer to deal with the insurance company than it took for these guys to get there and get her unlocked. Very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend.

PNW Locksmith was recommended to me by a friend. I needed some work done to repair old/deteriorating lock and knob hardware on a couple doors of my home. After contacting a few locksmiths in the area, I decided to go with the PNW team based on their pricing and their outstanding communication. Big shout-out to Mandi for helping with all my questions and making everything super transparent over emails and texts – she’s fantastic!
I agreed to a quote for the project on Friday and the PNW team was able to schedule the work to be performed the following Monday by Joshua (the locksmith tech). On the morning of the job, Joshua texted and called me to confirm all the details of the quote. He also gave me lots of helpful details on the types of hardware we could use for the job and what might be best for my home and specific situation. I decided to upgrade one of the pieces in the original quote, and he revised the quote estimate to make sure there’d be no surprises charges when it came to final payment. Once again, the communication here was outstanding. When he arrived at the house, Joshua exemplified professionalism, friendliness, competence, and transparency from start to finish. He showed up on time, got to work right away, finished the job in a very reasonable amount of time, and then confirmed I was satisfied with his work before he left. The whole experience greatly exceeded my expectations. It honestly felt like working with a friend.
I’d highly recommend the PNW team for any locksmith-related jobs. Mandi, Joshua, and the rest of the team are truly delivering top-notch service and quality workmanship in what they do. I’m confident I’ll be using them again in the future if I need anything else.

Had to change the locks after moving into a new place and didn’t know who to call. Found this company online and gave them a shot. The technician rekeyed all the doors and explained how everything works. Price seemed fair and the job was done quickly.

Crummy customer service and didn’t even want to attempt to help me. Instead made me sit around for a half hour and then asked me if I would prefer to make an appointment. I will probably never do business with this company again.

Not helpful at all. I came in hoping to get a spare key made for my 2024 vehicle, but was told their software is not current enough to support it and that I should go to the dealership instead. So if you have a newer vehicle, this place may not be able to help you. Based on my experience, they seem better suited for older, basic keys than modern car key replacements. They are overpriced though so I wouldn’t go here at all.

My current car key was right about to breakdown into piece. I bought an OEM shell but needed to have the original’s pattern copied over, so I could move the internals over. it was quick, simple, and good a quality copy

Was thankful they could come help me get back into my house after i had gotten locked outside, and they did it in short notice.
Alas, the price for a simple old fickle door lock was about 100$… a lot of money for a simple thing in my opinion.
However, my opinion might be bias, since i am not exactly ‘wealthy’ which stung my shallow wallet.
I do understand it was a bit late though, and i hear they are understaffed, and economy being poor at this time of writing… (hellooooo high gas bills!)
I give a neutral rating, if only because i dont know their true full quality work, since i only had needed their help the one time, so unsure of if the price was justified or not.
Still, don’t let the mere three star review rating fool you though, as I am extremely grateful they got me back inside on short notice. Plus, i learned a lesson that day about making sure to plan ahead if stepping outside, dont reflexively close a door with bad lock…! One lesson that i wont forget due to the price helping it stick to mind, which should help that lesson stick a very long time. That there is the silverlining.
(Also, on another note, thanks to my neighbors for calling them for me!)
