I needed a locksmith…badly. I contacted one close to home and he went on and on about how my key issue, the NEW ignition switch, needed to be changed due to some parts of the lock not being compatible.

This did not seem right, so I contacted RRRaceway Locksmith and dealt with Ben. He basically told me what I thought my ” fix ” should be so I made an appointment to have him fix my kety issue.

RRRaceway Locksmith is not close to my home….it’s like a 1 1/2 hour drive. I am so glad that I made the trip because the locksmith — BEN — was amazing. He took the time to explain what the issues were. He was able to fix the issue, in what I thought was ” record ” hime. He even made a few extra keys for me.

I will be recommending RRRaceway Locksmith to everyone I know looking for a locksmith.

Thank goodness for Craig. We had a lockout situation with a pet in the car on Christmas Eve. Our roadside assistance quoted us 2 hours; Craig was there in 20 minutes. Great service; the Chelan area is really lucky to have him. Highly recommend!!

Today I finally gave in and went to get a new car key made. When I arrived around 6:15pm they were locking up the store. (I didn’t realize they closed at 6) i planned to come back another day that I had time so I just asked a quick clarifying question on if they were able to get me a key made he took a quick look at my car key and said they had that in stock and could do it. He informed me of their hours tomorrow and I told him id come by when my schedule allowed it as I worked the next day. He said he could get my key made right now so he opened up the store and made me a new key! Thank you so much! Cost was $150 + tax!
