I love this place! Great shop, fantastic locksmith team. My family has used them for years for all our lock needs. This is the place to go for your keys- they have the hard to find keys- at the best prices in town! I rarely lock myself out, but when I do, Scott is my guy!

I called All About Locks & Safes to replace the deadbolt and handle on my front door. First, I appreciate that I was able to make an appointment via text, it made things much easier for me! Mason arrived the next day, right on time, and got to work. Michael, the owner, stopped by to make sure everything went smoothly. The service was very affordable ($140) and included two extra keys in addition to the hardware install. I would definitely do business with them again! Thank you!

These guys were amazing. Our house keys were stolen and we needed to re-key our locks. They called back immediately and showed up to my house only a few hours after my initial call to re-key our home. They were kind, courteous, extremely professional and super efficient. They gave us much needed peace of mind at a very reasonable price too. I’m very thankful I called these guys!

Fabulous service!!!! We came home from a trip and found we had not put the new key to our house on our key chains. After getting turned down by several lock companies, one of them recommended A-Rocks. He answered the phone immediately. Asked our location and came to save us in a few minutes!!!! It only took him 3 minutes to get the front door open and his price was VERY reasonable! Very personable, polite and knowledgeable young man!

Friendly, helpful, reasonably priced. The tech had never done the job I needed doing before, but was diligent, determined and cheerful even when things got challenging. Ben is great! The folks at the shop were great too. I will use them again in the future.

Came right away to fix a door that was locked without a key. They would have done it on the cheap but i opted for a nicer handle with a key that matched my front door so no more lost keys! Left me better than they found me and no pressure to upgrade, it just happened to be best for me. Buy local services, it’s always worth it. This guy grew up here and has even serviced my house before with the previous owner many years ago.

I highly recommend this shop. I had checked with four different locksmiths across Chico and nobody had the right key template to replicate the key to my old-fashioned garage door handle that had snapped in half. I walked into Valley Lock and Safe and they had cut three new keys for me in under five minutes for only $12. It’s a clean, professional shop, and clearly very knowledgeable. Fantastic experience, and I will highly recommend them to friends and family when they run into unusual/obscure key situations!

They lie about how long they’ll take to arrive. For me I was informed that they’d arrive about 30 minutes from the original call. They took an hour longer and if you cancel they’ll charge you more than the cost of the service.

I had three keys made from two original keys.
They were not exactly the same on the upper part of the key. I overlooked that based on the advice that there could be small differences. However, none of the three keys will lock my doors. The price paid is immaterial, because I did not obtain Workable keys.
