*edit* not only did they gouged me and over charge me from a quote insanely high, they also BROKE the piece off our car, so gouging me and breaking our car?

Actually unbelievable, I’m trying to legally see what I can do, but they quoted me $85 for a simple car lockout, but the technician charged me $236?! And he wouldn’t leave and demanded I pay, I’m not very big so I signed it so I could avoid conflict, he didn’t explain why it was suddenly so high, and I called customer service to find out why they gouged me and forced me to pay such a high price for a simple lock out, and both times I called, I was hung up on when I mentioned my issue

I took a screenshot of this insane invoice that even shows simple lockout service

Unbelievable, I’m planning to reach out to my lawyer and see what I can do, because you don’t quote someone $85, then force them to pay $236, this is insane

Don’t EVER use them if you want to not be caught in highway robbery 🙁

They delivered my key quickly and accurately (I love how they have many design options), if you don’t count the excessive nagging to buy more things. No, thank you, I do not wish to use the deal to buy more keys, no need to ask me twice, nor do I want added key protection. Other than that I received a beautiful key at a fair price.
