Friendly service, and not that key cutting takes a very long time… but he had 3 keys cut for me in less time it would have taken a machine to do one. This is a business I will go to again when I have the need.

Broke my car key fob and lost the blade at Walmart. Lock technician met me at Walmart, picked my ignition to get my car started so I could drive it to the shop, then figured out what key pattern to replicate, made a new key and programmed it to work with the immobilizer unit in my car, all in time for me to be back to pick up my wife from the Walmart, and I had two dogs and a baby with me the whole time.
Great service and very accommodating, I don’t even live in Sunnyside, I live in Kennewick, so I would have been in a terrible predicament if I were stuck in Sunnyside with two dogs, a baby, my wife, and an entirely inoperable car overnight.

yes is more easy and one thing is they should include the smooth keys when you get it you already pay expensive key then they ask you to ask $2.99 if you want your key very smooth.. that alreay $8.99 each or $10.99 each.. yes is very convenient because you at the store shopping and you need a key copy..

Quick, easy, and simple to use the kiosk cutter. Takes about 5 minutes for the whole process and boom; there is your key. I highly recommend. A bit expensive, but I did get a Custom LA Lakers key made so it was worth it

I called Andy (I am assuming I was talking to Andy) and asked to get my lock rekeyed. He asked if we could make an appointment for the following day since his guy out in the field was getting done for the day. I explained that I drove up 3 hours from Oregon and was really hoping to get it done the same day to be able to drive back. He locked up shop, came over, got the job done in a couple of minutes and was an absolute joy. I really appreciate him helping me out!

I have two Yale locks on my recently purchased home and wanted to get a couple of spare keys for each lock. I tried to get duplicates made at a couple of stores near where I live but they didn’t have the right blanks. I noticed one of my original keys were stamped “Bill’s” so I googled it and found Bill’s Locksmith. Turns out Bills Locksmith is a near my son’s house which is a couple of hours from where I live. I called them up and they said they could most likely make duplicates. I went in and told the lady working there I wanted two duplicates for each key. She gave them to a tech and he quickly provided me with my two original keys and what I thought were two duplicates for each of the originals. I purchased the keys and went home. Upon arriving home I tried the keys and found they had given me four duplicates of one key and none for the other. I called Bill’s the next Monday and told them what happened and they said bring them in next time I am in town and they will make it right. About 3-4 weeks later my wife was visiting the area and took the keys in to get the duplicates for the other key. She explained the situation and showed him the two original keys and that the four duplicates were for one lock and none for the other. The tech said that was about a month ago and without a receipt there was nothing he could do. The duplicate keys were all stamped with “Bill’s” so obvious they came from there. My wife paid to have him make the two duplicates for the key they had messed up on originally.
BEWARE – Make sure to closely double check duplicate keys that get made at Bill’s.
I didn’t give a one star because the duplicate keys they made all worked in the one lock. The keys were not expensive so not out a lot of money. Bill’s had an opportunity to remedy a situation that never should have happened had the tech done the job right the first time. Shame on me for not sending the receipt with my wife and not having them write a note when I called in, but I trusted they would make it right. Shame on Bill’s for providing such poor customer service over a low cost item that obviously came from their shop….remember the key’s have “Bill’s” stamped on them.
