Friendly service, and not that key cutting takes a very long time… but he had 3 keys cut for me in less time it would have taken a machine to do one. This is a business I will go to again when I have the need.

Came right away to fix a door that was locked without a key. They would have done it on the cheap but i opted for a nicer handle with a key that matched my front door so no more lost keys! Left me better than they found me and no pressure to upgrade, it just happened to be best for me. Buy local services, it’s always worth it. This guy grew up here and has even serviced my house before with the previous owner many years ago.

I have gone to them to get a house key made and they were kind and fast. This time I lost my only car key and they did it for half the price of another locksmith in town, threw in an extra key for free, and even suggested ways I could save money. They met me at my car and were more than pleasant. Couldn’t recommend them enough. This type of customer service is rare these days.

They never called back. I left an SMS message with my call back number because their voice-mail was full and I was unable to leave a voice message. I also sent an email and just never heard back. I ended up getting my own keys out of the trunk of my car from watching a YouTube video on how to unlock it without keys. YouTube for the win! Saved me from a lot of trouble. It’s been four days and I’ve still heard nothing from Kingman. Glad I was able to follow video instructions from someone else.

Before going in, I called with questions about my 90s GM Vats key and I got answers with no hesitation. In person, I got a copy of my ignition and door keys done in five minutes. I need to thank Armored Knights Locksmith, especially Brian and Isaac, for helping my mother do what every other place said was impossible!

I was recently out of town for a few weeks, during which my mom was house, dog, and kid sitting for me, when my washing machine stopped spinning during a huge load of towels the day before I got home. Trying to help, she loaded the soaking wet bag of towels into her 2002 Nissan to finish them at her house. Unfortunately the weight shifted and pressed against the trunk latch. Her trunk key no longer works, so once the interior switch failed, she was completely locked out.

For a full week she called and visited shop after shop. Mechanics, auto parts stores, locksmiths. Fuses were checked. Ideas were tried. Every answer was the same. It could not be done because of how the trunk was designed and how tightly it was packed with donations, a hoverboard, a small table, toys, and that giant bag of wet towels.

She went by and met with Isaac who took a look but said that trunks weren’t his specialty, but he told her Brian was very good for car trunks though he was out of Walla Walla on another job. So my mom left and tried another place to be told yet again that it just couldn’t be done with how the trunk was designed. She called me and told me she was just about to give up and resign herself to no trunk and whatever horrible mess those wet towels had turned into by now. I felt awful, I had been making phone calls about this too.

Just then she received a call from Brian who was now on his way back to Walla Walla. He offered to take a look but my mom was defeated by this point and told him not to bother, that it was impossible and she didn’t want to waste his time. He told her he’d never not been able to get into something that he wanted to get into. His confidence gave her the energy to try one more time. Oh boy, try they did. Over the course of an hour and a half Brian and Isaac took apart the seat and had to use various amounts of long tools to make a small hole to then start pulling items out of the trunk.

Like a magician with a black hat they pulled out the items to finally make their way to the heavy bag of wet towels. Moving that with just a small access point and long tools was a feat in itself but they did it! For what they did they could’ve charged her so much more and would’ve earned it. When asked how she could thank them they said just leave a positive review on social media.

My mom doesn’t use many platforms so I told her I’d share the story and thank them. So here I am, to Brian and Isaac you are wonderful and what you did tonight was nothing short of incredible! Thank you again💕.

CONSIDERABLY more expensive than MOUNTS LOCK & KEY. Although $40 more than Mounts, I asked if they would match MOUNTS LOCK & KEY (for my convenience of me having to drive further) and they would not, indicating that they do not care what they (MOUNTS) does and then proceeded to warn that MOUNTS is likely going to send me to RAM dealer and give me the run around anyway.

Went to MOUNTS LOCK & KEY and they programmed 2 key fobs for $75 bucks in less than 5 minutes. I will ALWAYS go to MOUNTS LOCK & KEY in the future.

Yes, I understand that businesses do not HAVE to match a competitors price, but declining to match the price and losing the entire sale is unfortunate. All Points could have made a solid relationship with me with my vehicle fleet, and had glowing reviews from me.

My decision to offer my experience is because they degraded their competition, and attempted to instill a fear that the other business would not be able to program my FOBs and would send me to the dealer, if they could even do it. All Points spoke poorly of their competition to a prospective customer, which is the reason i offer my experience. I will always find this as poor. When I was told, “I don’t care what they (Mounts) do over there, our price is $115, ($40 higher) they offered no consolation other than bashing Mounts. I felt this was because they know they are higher in price and speaking poorly of their competition was their only resolve to feel better themselves.

There aren’t many people and places that devote themselves to a craft anymore. Steebers is one of those places. When you need a key – especially something a bit out of the ordinary – remember that a place like Steebers is the furthest thing from some automated machine.
