Great service, great communication. I had a 15 year old Baldwin lock with key no longer engaging. Ken and Cooper came out and in 15 minutes they diagnosed the problem (broken cam in my hand in pic), found Baldwin cam in their van, and fixed the problem- also gave the lock a thorough look over/lube. Fair price too ($220). I highly recommend.

Key teeth are sharp , so the key doesn’t easily move to unlock. Eventually the edges will smooth out and it will easily open the lock. Disappointed the key machine didn’t smooth the edges a bit.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I lost my only motorcycle key and was dreading the idea of replacing the tank and ignition or drilling everything out. This small business saved me. Wiley and his wife were incredible from start to finish. Genuinely the best customer service I’ve had anywhere. Wiley cut my new key perfectly and even stayed late just to make sure it worked. Got 3 house keys made at the kiosk in Walmart. None of them work! It was only $10 but still super annoying and a waste of time and money. Also tried to get a copy of my car key made (‘99 Toyota) it just kept saying “cannot scan”. I’ll try to find somewhere else this weekend with a human cutting the keys!

Friendly, expedient, and great pricing!
I recently locked myself out of my car and needed roadside assistance. Called AAA and for 2 days they couldn’t find anyone to come on to the island. These guys showed up in 15 minutes. Very reasonable pricing for the service. Highly recommend if you are in a bind. Thanks guys!!
