We have a close friend of the family who needed to replace a key fob from her 2005 vehicle. She purchased one online and I took the fob and her car to YL&S to see if they could program it for her.
Danny provided outstanding service, explanation and professionalism throughout the experience. He took time to explain why the purchased fob wasn’t working and tried several times to program.
However, the original fob, he replaced the rubber piece inside with one that had new contacts on the back and was able to program it!
He clearly wanted to provide the best service possible solution to resolve the issue. I sincerely appreciated his commitment to making sure I left with a working fob and I did!

Bill at Keymaster in Yakima has helped me several times on a project with unusual/less common latches. I was lucky to find him. His knowledge on mechanisms is a craft. His prices are too cheap and I left a tip because he deserved it. My problems are solved but if I ever have an issue in the area I would seek this service first.

Just needed a copy of 1 key so it was a good price (I got the brass key iirc), better than I was expecting as someone unfamiliar with key copying services. Used the machine at WinCo. It copied the key *almost* exact, one obvious little dip where it shouldn’t be. Despite this, it weirdly enough opens the lock smoother than the original.
