My fiance and I have visited this Aubuchon/Ace many times when passing through the Waterbury area, and the staff has always been friendly and willing to lend a hand filling propane tanks or guiding us to the products we’re looking for. I hesitate to post too many photos since I’ve heard they’re in the middle of major renovations (spring 2026). The new manager, Jamie, seems like a good guy to have joined the team, and the staff at the checkout always has a snack ready for our dog.
