Was very fast and the key works exactly like the key I copied. U have to put it in, pull it out a tad and wiggle it! The one I copied does the same thing lol! If I was smart I would have copied my dads key 😂 all and all good experience and very quick

Dennis was great. I highly recommend. I called for replacing a lock since the key was missing. Prior to coming I gave a picture of the lock and when Dennis came he was able to finish the work within a 1/2 hour. He was pleasant and friendly, even commenting on my bumpersticker and kind to my kitties, making everything go smoothly. I will rest more at ease now that the lock is replaced. Thanks Dennis!!

For some reason when I tried to make a key it said a few different times it couldn’t replicate my key then I finally got it to work. I was able to get an additional key made (brass) for only $1.50 which was a bonus! It is convenient having these kiosks to have keys made when other places that make keys are closed.

This review is five star for the reason I went there.
Needed a key cut and had it done while I waited.

Some other reviewers did point out the unfriendly bald guy behind the counter though, I just chose to ignore his attitude as he may have personal problems.

That said, the shop looked well stocked and need I mention that I had been to several other places trying to cut same key all to no avail.

Also worth mentioning is the availability of parking space. This was an issue for me as a few places I went to down town had no parking space.

Also note there’s a minimum spend for card payments.

To the owner; Keep up the good work and perhaps get a smiley face-cover for the ☹️ staff member.

These guys are pros. Mike can and made the right recommendation. Our office has two doors and we were using physical keys. They recommended a Great Keypad solution with individual passwords. No ongoing fees. Came back to make adjustments. They even mounted our Doorbell Camera while the lock was being put in!!!

I bought a new old stock pellet stove. It was on sale and exactly what I was looking for. When price and need meet you jump and purchase, I am glad I did. The people here were awesome, the whole transaction happened so fast I didn’t get to talk to anyone in particular, but when service is that fast who needs talking. Great place to get what you need.

We’re lucky to have such a great Aubuchon Hardware store in Middlebury. We go there all the time — great products and service. They have most everything in stock, and if they don’t it’s easy to order online and pick up at the store.

Most recently we bought a Weber grill — it was put together and delivered by the store and we’re very happy with it.

Special thanks to Ben, who put the grill together for us, and on many other occasions has exactly the answer to get us just what we’re looking for.
