Dennis was great. I highly recommend. I called for replacing a lock since the key was missing. Prior to coming I gave a picture of the lock and when Dennis came he was able to finish the work within a 1/2 hour. He was pleasant and friendly, even commenting on my bumpersticker and kind to my kitties, making everything go smoothly. I will rest more at ease now that the lock is replaced. Thanks Dennis!!

Associates behind the counter never came out from behind the counter, and either weren’t listening to my questions or ignoring me…I’m not sure which. I was looking for totes and had to ask a female employee if the had them and without speaking she led me to the aisle and pointed , turned, and walked away. One bright spot was an employee who cut a piece of glass for me. He was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable.
