Was very fast and the key works exactly like the key I copied. U have to put it in, pull it out a tad and wiggle it! The one I copied does the same thing lol! If I was smart I would have copied my dads key 😂 all and all good experience and very quick

We had bought a front door handle & dead bolt set. A.V.L. was able to change the mechanics from R open to L open, saving us having to buy another handle. We also hired them to come out and install it into our new door. Alot of accuracy and time was spent chizilling and drilling into the door for the new hardware. Everything looks and works fabulously. He has a set of skills to be admired. I would use A Village Locksmith again, definitely. Thank you, we love what you did for us.

The steps were mad easy and I really liked the self serving however the screen was glitching so I only had like 4 key styles to choose from because the screen wouldn’t allow to search through the options. Otherwise I would’ve given a 5 star rating

Dennis was great. I highly recommend. I called for replacing a lock since the key was missing. Prior to coming I gave a picture of the lock and when Dennis came he was able to finish the work within a 1/2 hour. He was pleasant and friendly, even commenting on my bumpersticker and kind to my kitties, making everything go smoothly. I will rest more at ease now that the lock is replaced. Thanks Dennis!!

Recently called Calvert to help us rekey a weird frozen lock. After being unable to help me do it over the phone, they sent out a smith to help repair the lock. Joey came out and did a great job replacing the cylinder which had actually been glued shut… Very happy with the friendly and fast service and fair price.

Based on my experience I’d happily use this local business again and you should too.

I recently went to get some keys copied, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, and they made my copies very quickly. I had four keys made, and it only cost me $10, which was a fair price for the convenience. They actually make keys for many different things, not just standard house keys, which is super helpful. Overall, a great experience with good staff and fast service. Would definitely recommend if you need keys copied in a hurry!

Very quick and easy to make 3 keys. They were buy 2 get one free and already very reasonably priced. The keys work perfectly. Very pleased with every step in the process. I appreciated the selection of the carabiner and keychain display right next to the kiosk. I would have given 5 stars if there were more options for my type of key as the only option was brass.

Very rare to get same day service on anything , much less a complicated triple latch special order Andersen French door . United came only a couple hours after I called ; came with a smile and did not charge any rush fees. I give them 5 stars and already planning my next project with them.
