Dennis was great. I highly recommend. I called for replacing a lock since the key was missing. Prior to coming I gave a picture of the lock and when Dennis came he was able to finish the work within a 1/2 hour. He was pleasant and friendly, even commenting on my bumpersticker and kind to my kitties, making everything go smoothly. I will rest more at ease now that the lock is replaced. Thanks Dennis!!

Today was the second time I have used Bob. First time was last year to install a lock on my entrance door. While he was there I discussed several things I would like to have done going forward. He took notes and when I called him to schedule he knew exactly what i wanted to have done. Scheduled an appointment and he was there today to do what I wanted. Did a great job. Always on time, good communicator, very professional , reasonably priced and a good guy all around. I would highly recommend.

My ignition key and steering wheel were locked rendering my vehicle unuseable. I called Fortitude. Chad was immediately responsive and promptly came and replaced the ignition cylinder and resolved the problem. I paid less to have him come and do an on-site repair than it would have cost just to tow the vehicle to a mechanic.
Highly recommend. Good company. Good guy. Great service. Five stars all the way.

Very easy machine to use. It walked you through every step very easily.. once I was done and paid I got an email saying I could expect the key in 5-7 days. Then I got a tracking number but unfortunately the tracking number kept saying it hadn’t shipped yet so we got nervous. We said this is day 7, so if it’s not here today we would call. Guess what?? It showed up today. Tried it on the car and it worked perfectly!! Highly recommend this process. Dealer wanted $200 to duplicate the key and your cost was $80. Thank you for being there! Service was awesome
