Pro tip: When taking garbage to the dump, don’t accidentally throw your car keys into the trash compactor when you toss the bag! (Totally an accident, but there’s absolutely nothing the old fellas working there can do for you, and it’s almost impossible to get the keys back.)

So, we needed a vehicle locksmith FAST. Luckily, we knew exactly who to call who could cut us a new car key: Quality Lock. Brad not only answered the phone, he arrived SO quickly and is making a new vehicle key for us as I write this.

I’ve never needed a professional locksmith before either, so it’s also a cool process to watch. Brad didn’t make us feel like idiots for losing our keys, and he got us going again in less than 30 minutes of his arrival. Thank you, Brad, you made a frustrating day a lot less stressful!

Zack was great! The texting feature they have is a great customer service tool that I used. I text Zack and the same day he was out fixing my issue. He came out on Christmas Eve and reprogrammed my older key fob so I could have a spare key. He was very polite and explained the entire process with me and explained the pricing which was accurate! Easy to understand and follow; unfortunately keys I chose were unavailable, so I only got goldfish colored keys. I am extremely happy to report that they work!!!

Man, you wanna talk about fast, prompt, professional and hassle, free! JR towing are your guys!! other shops wanted to overcharge me on things and JRs gave me the best price after calling three or four places! But I definitely gotta say his operators know what they are doing. It was not in the best place to be picked up. HIs driver said no problem whipped the truck in there got it right out and load it up before I could even run inside and grab my debit card! And set it in the driveway perfectly! JRs will be the only people I will call for tows in the area or if I’m broke down somewhere else!!

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday.
