We were on vacation when we found ourselves in quite a pickle. We were at Busch Gardens and we lost a couple different things riding one of the rides (one of them being my key fob). Unfortunately, the next closest key fob of mine for my car was seven hours away at home. I ended up finding this company after calling a local Nissan dealer to see if they could help me out. They pointed me in the direction of a locksmith instead. It took most of the day to get me a key that would work in my car but that’s because of my car being stubborn. The locksmith had to return back to the shop because my car would only accept an OEM key (which the guy normally don’t carry because they are so much more expensive). At the end of the day, it was our fault for not listening to the rules at the amusement park and keeping a key in my pocket. And even though it took most of the day to get a replacement key, our locksmith absolutely saved the day, no matter the cost! It definitely was not one of the highlights of our vacation, but, it turned a bad situation into only one lost day of vacation.

Purchased 2 batteries for my Jeep Compass online with the idea that we would head in the next day to have them installed. When we went to turn the car over the next morning, the Jeep would not start. Called insurance to have roadside assistance install the battery (with coverage), and the tech that was dispatched could not complete the job (no tools and no knowledge/experience in changing Jeep batteries); however, he offered to tow me anywhere I wanted to get the batteries installed. I called Batteries Plus, and they were amazing. Towed the car to the store, and Corey was GREAT! He got started immediately with the assistance of Josh, and not only did he install the battery, he was knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions as I watched him do the install. Josh was also knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I had the correct auxiliary battery, as the one I initially purchased online wasn’t the right fit.

There is an auto parts store not too far away, but the techs could not guarantee that they would be able to install the batteries they sell. Batteries Plus never hesitated.

So happy with my experience at Batteries Plus. Corey and Josh – thanks for getting my daughter’s Jeep back on the road!
