I used the machine at the Lowe’s in wytheville Virginia. I had two keys and needed three keys each the first key did fine and works all my locks the second key not so good. first two keys were made the third key fell but did not come down the shoot it went inside the machine somewhere. The two keys I did get will not open my toolbox it was a smaller key and something is not right with it it does not work.

Was easy to use , self explanatory, all keys cut properly to operated intended locks, good value, processing time was quick l, but not so quick to yield flaws in the finished product, appropriate cost ( great value)
Will definitely use again for future key cutting needs.

Tuesday afternoon, I had the awesome pleasure of meeting Mr. Maurice, The Southern Lock Doctor. He was very courteous and professional. Despite me not having the lock readily available, he waited patiently (while I was spazzing out because I thought I knew where I left it). He arrived promptly at 2pm to install a digital smart lock to my front door. Without delay he started installing the handles and deadbolt and was done well within an hour. Normally, this service would have cost $200 or maybe even $300 but it was no where near that price. So I am very thankful for Mr. Maurice dedicated services to our communities. I informed him I would definitely use him again in the near future.

I had a great experience here! We were having trouble replacing a couple of cylinders for roof ski clips that we don’t have the key for anymore, so I took them here and they were able to help very quickly! Patrick was very nice and the prices were reasonable as well.

Great to find a self serve kiosk at my grocery store instead of having to travel to a hardware store. Easy enough to use! Fair prices. Keys came out great! The 3 I had cut all worked without any problems. Choice of 5 designs.

This team is amazing! I was working in the Tappahannock area and needed a locksmith. Many I called could not support the rekeying needed to be done on a commercial property. When looking to match keys to doors/locks one key worked. Inspecting the key I noticed a phone number. It was “The Locksmith” so I called. Their understanding on needs and the urgency was absolutely clear. They were onsite in an hour, repairs and replacements for 5 locks all keyed identical was completed in 2 hours. Amazing performance and cost! Highly recommend this team! Excellence at a very fair price!
