The kiosk I used is located in the nearby Kroger in Vinton VA. I had to make copies of my new house keys, and everyone wanted different designs. The kiosk was easy to use, reasonably priced, and a good variety of color and pattern options. I had no issues with the keys when I came home and tested them out. The only reason for 4 star is that everything went as it should, and not contact the company or talking to a human, there was nothing that made it more than a good solid purchase of good product. And I understand that as a 4. They did send a text after to ensure all was well and included their contact info, which was nice, and could be helpful of any problems, but I had none.

I had an issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee fob. Upon my brother’s recommendation I went to B& D Lock Company and received the BEST service. Frank first helped me and the additional team assisted my problem too! Within a few minutes I had a new fob that was programmed, ready to go! Fast efficient and knowledgeable service! What a great customer experience! Just an awesome team that cares about their customers and does top notch work. We needed to have all of our locks replaced and a few additional ones added. Damien took my initial call, and also worked with me when I stopped by in person. He was so personable and helpful, and really set the tone by making such a great first impression. Then Natalie was wonderful with getting me scheduled in a timely manner – really took the time to understand my needs and estimate the job time. Isaac, the tech, was punctual, polite, detail oriented, and thorough. He did an amazing job replacing all my locks and making sure they operated to my satisfaction. It was clear that everyone involved took pride in what they do and care about the customer. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had – possibly THE best!

Very easy and super convenient! I used a machine in a Walmart after check out. I inserted my house key and minutes later I had 3 copies for $13! Can’t beat that!
