We have used Paul professionally dozens and dozens of times, with the services ranging from security re-programming, chip key replacement, lock cylinder reflashing, etc. and he has always been punctual, courteous, and fair. Zack was great! The texting feature they have is a great customer service tool that I used. I text Zack and the same day he was out fixing my issue. He came out on Christmas Eve and reprogrammed my older key fob so I could have a spare key. He was very polite and explained the entire process with me and explained the pricing which was accurate! I highly recommend Zack and the company Keysmart Locksmith LLC.

Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I spoke with the office and confirmed as well as with the technician. I was even communicating with the technician providing pictures required. My appointment was canceled claiming that they tried to reach out to me to confirm… What is the point of scheduling and confirming with the technician less than 24 hours before the appointment, if I have to do it again the next day? Furthermore, if your business is so loosely organized that you required daily confirmations, perhaps inform your customers of that so they can expect your call.

UPDATE: I am pleased to announce that after purchasing another fob from a different locksmith, I have yet to have any technical difficulties with remote start, locking or unlocking my vehicle using my REPLACEMENT fob in over a year!!!

Imagine leaving your vehicle running locking the door with the fob upon exiting and go to get back into your vehicle and the fob doesn’t work!!!! Well that’s what happens when you listen to THE KEY GUY Mr I didn’t sell you a defective key fob.

After getting a YELP notification that the owner responded I had to respond!

I saw the lkiosk at Lowe’s and decided to try it since I didn’t have to locate an associate. I needed a couple spare keys anyways but wouldn’t have taken the time to do it had it not been there. It was fast, accurate- tested my key. They have patterns which helps because I have 101 keys I don’t know what they go to. The service is priced well. I love the feature you can save your key cut for future copies
