Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. He was also delightful to work with and very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

I went to Lowe’s to pick up some stuff from Lowe’s did not have the key that I needed so I went to the minute key kiosk and had three keys cut one key got stuck it took hours for someone to respond to me and they still never called me to return my key that was stuck and the machine took $5 and I was advised that no one at Lowe’s had a key for the machine.

Was easy to use , self explanatory, all keys cut properly to operated intended locks, good value, processing time was quick l, but not so quick to yield flaws in the finished product, appropriate cost ( great value)
Will definitely use again for future key cutting needs.

I brought a set of keys to Ashley’s so they could make a knob and a deadbolt to fit the two keys accordingly. The lady took my name and phone number, as well as the keys and said they would call me, it was well over a month before I decided to go to Ashley‘s. Where they never made the locks that I requested, they misplaced the keys. I gave them and the phone number that was attached to it all. I am a contractor and this particular interaction caused me to take 30+ days to install a simple lock and deadbolt. After installation, the homeowner refused to pay me because it took so long. I also brought them a mailbox key for them to copy, the one that they made me will not even fit in the keyhole. I have brought it back to them twice and even requested my money back. I still have the key that doesn’t fit and never got reimbursed for my mailbox key that doesn’t fit!

I had an issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee fob. Upon my brother’s recommendation I went to B& D Lock Company and received the BEST service.
