What a great customer experience! Just an awesome team that cares about their customers and does top notch work. We needed to have all of our locks replaced and a few additional ones added. Damien took my initial call, and also worked with me when I stopped by in person. He was so personable and helpful, and really set the tone by making such a great first impression. Then Natalie was wonderful with getting me scheduled in a timely manner – really took the time to understand my needs and estimate the job time. Isaac, the tech, was punctual, polite, detail oriented, and thorough. He did an amazing job replacing all my locks and making sure they operated to my satisfaction. It was clear that everyone involved took pride in what they do and care about the customer. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had – possibly THE best!

I called Cofield looking to get a key made for my truck. 4 other people around Franklin recommended him. Without a doubt it was worth it. I made a call to the office and we set up a 2pm appointment the same day. He was on time and had me up and running in under 30 minutes. Initially I did the locksmith near me and called from that list. All of those were call centers that were not helpful. MD Lock Doc was the only one that answered his own phone. Mitch gave me a price over the phone and was at the house in 30 minutes. He had my truck unlocked in less than a minute.
Very friendly, reliable, and most of all, the best price!
I’m keeping his number and highly recommend him!

I brought a set of keys to Ashley’s so they could make a knob and a deadbolt to fit the two keys accordingly. The lady took my name and phone number, as well as the keys and said they would call me, it was well over a month before I decided to go to Ashley‘s. Where they never made the locks that I requested, they misplaced the keys. I gave them and the phone number that was attached to it all. I am a contractor and this particular interaction caused me to take 30+ days to install a simple lock and deadbolt. After installation, the homeowner refused to pay me because it took so long. I also brought them a mailbox key for them to copy, the one that they made me will not even fit in the keyhole. I have brought it back to them twice and even requested my money back. I still have the key that doesn’t fit and never got reimbursed for my mailbox key that doesn’t fit!
