Locked my keys in the car today. Didn’t think it was possible with today’s keyfobs, but there we were, keys staring at me from the cupholder. Made it clear I didn’t need a new set of keys made, just a pop open. KeyMe quoted a price of $180 for a base Dodge. The best part? I was literally stuck in the exact same shopping center that they are located in! They could have walked to me. Lady said I could save $20 if I booked now. Uh, ma’am, it would be cheaper and more satisfying for me to bust out this tiny back vent window than to pay you $160-180 to walk 500 feet for less than 5 minutes worth of work. This would have been a $75 in the major metropolitan city I am from. I ended up calling a wrecker to do it for less than half. Please call KeyMe if you like being gouged in a time of need. Otherwise, call a wrecker service.

After watching the struggle with two ladies in front of me struggling to get their key made I observed them have to take out the key and place it back in they were following the directions on the screen it kept saying scan incomplete or words to that effect they put their key in 5 times before it would copy it. I had to re-insert my key 4 times and I wanted two copies I got 4! I just wonder if this is your way pf making a buck? The keys do work great!

Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. He was also delightful to work with and very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I highly recommend them!!!
