It was great I paid for two keys to get cut one for my shop and one for my house and I ended up getting the third one for free all those for less then 20 dollars..All three of them work as they should…!!! Thank you very much

Kiosk made it easy to get a replacement key. Key works as advertised with no issue. Only negative about the experience was the kiosk said I’d have a replacement key within 2 days. The key arrived 1 week later. That said, process was easy and I’d use the service again.

Tuesday afternoon, I had the awesome pleasure of meeting Mr. Maurice, The Southern Lock Doctor. He was very courteous and professional. Despite me not having the lock readily available, he waited patiently (while I was spazzing out because I thought I knew where I left it). He arrived promptly at 2pm to install a digital smart lock to my front door. Without delay he started installing the handles and deadbolt and was done well within an hour. Normally, this service would have cost $200 or maybe even $300 but it was no where near that price. So I am very thankful for Mr. Maurice dedicated services to our communities. I informed him I would definitely use him again in the near future.

Some difficulty getting the bluetooth connection, so I called tech support. The remedy was to delete the app and reinstall, and allow the precise location request. If this had been in the instructions then I would not have called tech.
