Tuesday afternoon, I had the awesome pleasure of meeting Mr. Maurice, The Southern Lock Doctor. He was very courteous and professional. Despite me not having the lock readily available, he waited patiently (while I was spazzing out because I thought I knew where I left it). He arrived promptly at 2pm to install a digital smart lock to my front door. Without delay he started installing the handles and deadbolt and was done well within an hour. Normally, this service would have cost $200 or maybe even $300 but it was no where near that price. So I am very thankful for Mr. Maurice dedicated services to our communities. I informed him I would definitely use him again in the near future.

Pro tip: When taking garbage to the dump, don’t accidentally throw your car keys into the trash compactor when you toss the bag! (Totally an accident, but there’s absolutely nothing the old fellas working there can do for you, and it’s almost impossible to get the keys back.)

So, we needed a vehicle locksmith FAST. Luckily, we knew exactly who to call who could cut us a new car key: Quality Lock. Brad not only answered the phone, he arrived SO quickly and is making a new vehicle key for us as I write this.

I’ve never needed a professional locksmith before either, so it’s also a cool process to watch. Brad didn’t make us feel like idiots for losing our keys, and he got us going again in less than 30 minutes of his arrival. Thank you, Brad, you made a frustrating day a lot less stressful!

This team is amazing! I was working in the Tappahannock area and needed a locksmith. Many I called could not support the rekeying needed to be done on a commercial property. When looking to match keys to doors/locks one key worked. Inspecting the key I noticed a phone number. It was “The Locksmith” so I called. Their understanding on needs and the urgency was absolutely clear. They were onsite in an hour, repairs and replacements for 5 locks all keyed identical was completed in 2 hours.
