They did not speak when I, the customer , came in and greeted them upon entry. He didn’t respond to anything I was trying to ask even after I
requested two house keys to be duplicated and explained how far I had to travel to even find a decent place to do it since I live in a very small town with little to no locksmiths available in the area.
He purposely messed up a simple house key when you can clearly see that it is not cut correctly and it is very sloppy work. They do not allow cash refunds so if he messes up, he’s not going to give you a refund even though that should be an option, especially if you know you’re not the best at what you do so of course people will be requesting a refund. It’s a scam when a business specifically says no cash refund. Very strange.

Dorian was friendly and super quick with programming my 2011 Chevy Silverado key fob. Amazing to see them grow as a company from my first experience with them about 5 or so yrs back. really good honest people making life easier! My alarm would go off using my key without my key fob. It’s So much peace of mind not waking my neighbors up at 5am with my alarm 😆.
For a fair price! . Won’t regret.
