It was great I paid for two keys to get cut one for my shop and one for my house and I ended up getting the third one for free all those for less then 20 dollars..All three of them work as they should…!!! Thank you very much

Kiosk made it easy to get a replacement key. Key works as advertised with no issue. Only negative about the experience was the kiosk said I’d have a replacement key within 2 days. The key arrived 1 week later. That said, process was easy and I’d use the service again.

On February 27, 2024, I duplicated four standard house keys at a Minute Key kiosk located at Lowe’s South Stafford, VA. None of the keys worked. I immediately requested a refund via the Minute Key website and have heard nothing.

On February 29, Minute Key provided a full refund.
