Honestly, I believe the average person would find it difficult to work through the directions that are illuminated on the screen. Also, the placement of the kiosk in the Giant Food store was awful. We had to ask an employee on duty where the machine was located. The advertised signage was not visible from any location in the store. Lastly, after the keys were produced and released to us, we were patiently waiting for our receipt, and surprisingly, the receipt appeared in my email; accessible via my phone. Please realize that customers are not mind readers. The key making process/directions should be easily understood from start to finish.😊

Called to get a quote for changing my locks on my front door. The gentleman told me that his brother was going to give me a call which he did in a timely manner. Spoke to Sean which was the brother and I explained what I wanted and we discussed numbers over the phone after sending him photos of what I originally had. I was adamant to get it done today and he informed me that he was able to do that. That was what I wanted plus the price was good for me as well. He arrived when he said he would and took a moment to explain to me the new locks. I was impressed with how they operated and was more functional than what I originally had. While replacing the locks he noticed my door hinges were off and even took time to get the front door to be in lined. After he was done I checked everything out and even spoke to him about other projections in the near future. If you want to replace any locks or even program keys for your vehicle I would recommend this company. His work was efficient and going above just standard with his craft.

Only used them because it was the only key making place available. They like to find sleazy ways to make more money out of you such as not letting you know you get a discount for attempting to cancel out or making a buy 2 get one free deal but realize you’re paying full price on checkout.

At least I got my key, but I definitely don’t trust this company.

I used this company a few years back and they were exponentially better than today. Techs are courteous, very kind worked quick and did a great job. So your asking why 3 stars, I did for the techs otherwise it would have been 1 star. Something has changed and they will not talk about it. I scheduled an appointment with them but there are no arrival windows, they will call you when they are on their way, very odd. Well they no showed, I was here at my office until 6pm, no call, no show, most people are fired for that. But, I reached out and rescheduled, I was told the same thing tech would call no window of time. In an email exchange (that’s how they book appointments) they attempted to tell me they called the previous day and left a message, Nope, I was here all day. They arrived in the afternoon the next day, did a great job, actually had a tech from years ago who is still with the company, nice guy. In the end the work got done, but they need to really work on their customer experience and keep people coming back, repeat business keeps the train rolling, just my two cents.

Zono (+ the team here) were able to copy my Mustang’s key for a spare—complete with electronics and the emergency hard copy. He knew right what to do! They’re clearly very knowledgeable, as well as personable, quick, and local to me. The keys are near identical, and coming here saved me the dealership’s markup I would have to pay just for the pony logo. Thanks again!

Not sure if this is the normal schedule or a recent change, but the shop wasn’t open on Saturday. I stopped by around 10:30 AM and it was completely closed—lights off and the door locked. The sign on the door says they should be open, and the automated phone message says the same. I spoke with someone (likely an emergency dispatcher) who also confirmed the store should be open. They said they would relay my message, but I never heard back.

Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. He was also delightful to work with and very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

100% recommend this place! I lost the key to my safe and they were able to make me a key very quickly! They are courteous, prompt and get the job done! Not only that, but the kind gentleman carried the heavy safe into my car for me. That was very kind of him considering I had my sleeping infant with me.
