I was locked out, and Jesse was Great and so nice and very helpful getting a technician to my house to open the lock on my door!!

Bill was amazing! Came within 20 minutes on a weekend no less! The price was very affordable compared to other locksmiths I have used. Total came out to $185 (for a weekend callout). He was amazing!

The key that your machine made does work, BUT the cut edges of the key are so SHARP that I am not going to put it on my Keychain for fear that it may cut it scratch something in my handbag.

A wonderful experience with Browns today. The Schlage deadbolt and handset on my front door was acting up. Stewart Brown returned my call the same day and sent out a technician at 9am the next morning. Dirk was the tech and I found him to be warm, likable, and skilled. He listened to me as I explained the problem and crafted a creative solution that avoided purchasing a new lock/latch. Took less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with the service and the solution!

Do not ever, under circumstances try to have them unlock your car, they will charge you almost 200 dollars, cancel the service and then say it was covered by insurance (which you did not give them that information) and that you shouldn’t have been charged and refuse a refund. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE THEM!

Minute Key is excellent!!! It is so easy to walk up to the machine, insert my key, follow the prompts on the screen and get as many keys made as i need. I even get to choose special keys if I want. I have had to get over 20 keys made total over the past year and every one of them worked perfectly. I only use Minute Key because it saves me time in not looking for someone to cut the key and having to bring the one back that didn’t work 🙁
