This is a 3-star review for the key duplication kiosk.

Kinda pricey imo – $10 for a design (butterfly, Ravens, …) & $8.50 for basic brass key.

1 of our 2 keys didn’t work at all and the other one requires that you just barely wiggle it back out in order to turn it in the lock.

Good news is that the refund process was very simple.

My brother called KeyMe after getting locked out of his car. The person he spoke with said someone would call him within a few minutes to coordinate a meeting spot. We made the call at 7:00 PM — and after hours of waiting with no response, we finally received a text at 10:30 PM saying they couldn’t help him. I honestly don’t understand why anyone would rely on KeyMe. This experience was incredibly frustrating, unreliable, and reflects very poorly on how they do business.

So disappointed i have purchased 3 keys from this kiosk and none of them worked. Don’t know if it’s the quality of your keys or malfunction with the machine. Something is wrong.

Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. He was also delightful to work with and very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

Using the kiosk was very easy. I chose a key pattern from the variety available that needed to be shipped to me and delivery was within the expected 3-5 business days. I would use again and would definitely recommend.
