My experience with LKS Locksmiths was excellent. My initial call was answered prompt and pleasant. My service requested was at a very fair price. Daniel also made a security recommendation that was also very reasonable in cost which I included in my visit. He was communicative with me via phone call and text prior to his appointment time and he arrived within the timeframe that was given. Daniel completed the service in a tidy and expedient manner. I highly recommend LKS and Daniel for his professional locksmith services. Based on this first time visit, I would definitely utilize this trust worthy company again. Integrity was truly exemplified.

Zack was great! The texting feature they have is a great customer service tool that I used. I text Zack and the same day he was out fixing my issue. He came out on Christmas Eve and reprogrammed my older key fob so I could have a spare key. He was very polite and explained the entire process with me and explained the pricing which was accurate! I highly recommend Zack and the company Keysmart Locksmith LLC.

While i felt the keys were expensive at $9 a key, I was in a place where I needed the service so was happy to pay it. Very convenient in the Safeway store in Middleburg, VA and very technologically advanced machine to make keys. Thumbs up! .

Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. He was also delightful to work with and very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

The keys work but they were not smoothed at all. There were metal shards falling off of them.

Keyme locksmiths is one of the coolest key making process I’ve ever experienced. Literally took less than 5 minutes to make a copy, and they have many options too.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was locked out of my car without my phone and had to wait for my boyfriend to help. Unbeknownst to me, he had called KeyMe to inquire about pricing. The technician refused to provide a price upfront, saying he would assess the situation first and then inform my boyfriend upon arrival because I had no phone.

When the technician finally arrived, he approached me as if everything was already arranged—without ever disclosing the cost. Only after he completed the job (which took him three seconds using a simple pump) did he tell me the outrageous charge: $195. He didn’t have to travel far; he was just down the road.

This business is completely non-transparent with pricing, and the service was absolutely not worth the cost. If I had known the price beforehand, I would have never agreed. This is a predatory practice, and I would love to get my money back.

Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be blindsided by excessive charges!
