All the keys worked and it was convenient, however it was super expensive. I paid $20 for two house keys. The machine asked me if I wanted the keys to be brushed off for an extra $2. Come onnn 🤣 I didn’t get that extra service and the keys worked fine. It would’ve been really cool if the machine offered key rings and such.

100% recommend this place! I lost the key to my safe and they were able to make me a key very quickly! They are courteous, prompt and get the job done! Not only that, but the kind gentleman carried the heavy safe into my car for me. That was very kind of him considering I had my sleeping infant with me. It’s the little things that really makes a company stand out above others. Go here! You won’t regret it.

Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. He was also delightful to work with and very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

Incredibly convenient, cheap and easy. It only took a few minutes. I also like how they give you a lot of key designs to choose from. Very happy to have it at my local Giant food for easy and fast access. Will come again if I end up breaking my key in the door again 😅

Zono (+ the team here) were able to copy my Mustang’s key for a spare—complete with electronics and the emergency hard copy. He knew right what to do! They’re clearly very knowledgeable, as well as personable, quick, and local to me. The keys are near identical, and coming here saved me the dealership’s markup I would have to pay just for the pony logo. Thanks again!

I accidently locked myself out of my townhouse and I was recommended pop a lock from my property manager so i called and they said they could get someone out to me in 45-60 minutes. I said okay and waited outside on my front steps for 70 minutes until I called and asked for a status update. the locksmith called me and turns out, he’s their ONLY locksmith and he told them that he had turned down the the job because he had 2 others ahead of me and they were supposed to let me know but they didn’t. HE THEN GAVE ME A NUMBER TO A DIFFERENT LOCKSMITH COMPANY. I was already severely late to work. I ended up calling National Lock & Key and they had someone out to me in 30 minutes PLUS they kept me informed with their eta.

It is funny to see the differences between actual user reviews and paid reviews.

They use a bait and switch pricing model where you have 2 choices. Choice one you pay double what most places charge (11$) and you get a key that doesn’t fit your door and doesn’t match the original key whatsoever. They also give you a choice to pay an additional 3$ on top of the already overpriced amount to get a precise cut key. I figured this was optional as a cut key should work without the upcharge, but I was wrong. 11$ down the drain. What a shady business model.

I see you replying to each of these reviews, so if you read mine, then my order ID was 108NFD. I’d appreciate a refund. I’ll modify this review to reflect if that happens.
