I had an issue with my 2007 Camry key fob when the case broke, and after searching multiple places, I found most were charging an exorbitant amount. Fortunately, I came across Duck’s Locksmith, and their prices were much more reasonable. When I visited, Colleen discovered that the D chip in my original key was damaged. She went above and beyond by providing a new key with a built-in chip, programming it to my car, and even ordering a new chip for the fob—without charging me until everything was complete. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were exceptional. I couldn’t be more grateful for the service I received, and I sincerely hope their business continues to flourish. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
