Great to find a self serve kiosk at my grocery store instead of having to travel to a hardware store. Easy enough to use! Fair prices. Keys came out great! The 3 I had cut all worked without any problems. Choice of 5 designs.

I had a great experience here! We were having trouble replacing a couple of cylinders for roof ski clips that we don’t have the key for anymore, so I took them here and they were able to help very quickly! Patrick was very nice and the prices were reasonable as well.

My experiences was OK with the machine, but when printing my last key the key never made it out of the machine. Ultimately did not get the key I paid for. This issue was not remedied by the Lowes crew. Minute Key needs to provide their locations with the keys for the machine, in case this happens to another customer. Pretty ironic there wasn’t a key to get into the key machine.
