Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. He was also delightful to work with and very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

There was an older guy who was annoyed and rude because we were trying to figure out what key we wanted. Said that we were a huge waste of time. Worst customer service and did not explain things clearly.

Eastern Safe & Lock was able to get a locksmith to come out the next day after scheduling which was much appreciated. The pricing for rekeying two locks was reasonable, and Cody, the locksmith, did a great job rekeying my front door locks in a quick and timely manner. I would readily recommend and reuse this company for any future locksmithing needs.

Key worked well. Was sharp but I did not pay for upgrade. Only 2 choices for same time pick up. Lots of choices for shipping. If you just need a quick basic key it’s quick and convenient. If you more choices right away go got your local hardware store. It’s also cheaper there. Overall I’m happy enough to write a review.
