We have used Paul professionally dozens and dozens of times, with the services ranging from security re-programming, chip key replacement, lock cylinder reflashing, etc. and he has always been punctual, courteous, and fair. I highly recommend the service at this location. I needed car key copy with two key fob programmed. And the owner took care of me promptly and at a great price. I will definitely use them again.

I had to contact Buckleys because my office door at work was mistakenly locked with my keys on the other side of the door. Buckleys was quick and arrived in 30 minutes. The customer service was great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I feel that 330 dollars was a bit much just for the tech to use a close hanger type tool and it literally only took him 30 seconds (no exaggeration). The tech was professional and polite.

UPDATE: so so sorry! Was checking my TEXT spam folder today (10/20/25) and came across the text receipt that was thrown in there. I didn’t even realize there was a spam for texts box!! So I apologize and updated my review to 5 Stars. Just know to check your text spam folder on your phone if you’re waiting on the text for a long time!! (A printed receipt option would still be nice though!!)

Made 3 copies of the key I needed. They worked, no problem. My only issue is there was no option for a PRINTED receipt (which is what I would have preferred) but it forced my to give my # for a text receipt. The text receipt never came through but this text asking for a review did. So here is my review.
