100% recommend this place! I lost the key to my safe and they were able to make me a key very quickly! They are courteous, prompt and get the job done! Not only that, but the kind gentleman carried the heavy safe into my car for me. That was very kind of him considering I had my sleeping infant with me. All the keys worked and it was convenient, however it was super expensive. I paid $20 for two house keys. The machine asked me if I wanted the keys to be brushed off for an extra $2. Come onnn 🤣 I didn’t get that extra service and the keys worked fine. It would’ve been really cool if the machine offered key rings and such.

Zono (+ the team here) were able to copy my Mustang’s key for a spare—complete with electronics and the emergency hard copy. He knew right what to do! They’re clearly very knowledgeable, as well as personable, quick, and local to me. The keys are near identical, and coming here saved me the dealership’s markup I would have to pay just for the pony logo. Thanks again!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Their cost to replace my car key was already going to be super affordable, but when I happened to find the key while they were already working on a new one, they didn’t even charge me a fee for coming to my home or for their time spent on it. Same-day service and very kind workers. If I ever lose another key, I know who I’ll be calling. So impressed!

Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. He was also delightful to work with and very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

I recently bought a new truck and loved that they had a feature to move the roof rack from the roof to the bed of the truck. Only problem was they didnt have a key at the dealer. Baldino’s to the rescue I learned a bit about SKS locks, had some great banter with an expert locksmith, and even got to see how the coding works for some of these lock cores. I always receive great service from the duke street location. I gentlemen named chris is always there when I go and I have nothing but great experiences every time I have visited this location. He programmed several keys for my unique vehicles and they always worked perfectly. Prices are very fair as well. The dealer wanted double what they charged me.

I accidently locked myself out of my townhouse and I was recommended pop a lock from my property manager so i called and they said they could get someone out to me in 45-60 minutes. I said okay and waited outside on my front steps for 70 minutes until I called and asked for a status update. the locksmith called me and turns out, he’s their ONLY locksmith and he told them that he had turned down the the job because he had 2 others ahead of me and they were supposed to let me know but they didn’t. HE THEN GAVE ME A NUMBER TO A DIFFERENT LOCKSMITH COMPANY. I was already severely late to work. I ended up calling National Lock & Key and they had someone out to me in 30 minutes PLUS they kept me informed with their eta.
