Came out in the middle of the ice storm and had a new key cut and programmed for me at half the cost of what would have been the dealership. Great customer service. They were at my home within an hour of calling. Highly recommend.

I work at NGIC and locked my keys in my car this morning. Not only was Bill there extremely quickly, he went above and beyond to get himself onto the installation despite tons of roadblocks and crabby security people in order to help me. When he did finally get in, he got my car door open quickly and with no damage. I could not recommend Bill more for any lock out issue you may have!

The key that your machine made does work, BUT the cut edges of the key are so SHARP that I am not going to put it on my Keychain for fear that it may cut it scratch something in my handbag.

A wonderful experience with Browns today. The Schlage deadbolt and handset on my front door was acting up. Stewart Brown returned my call the same day and sent out a technician at 9am the next morning. Dirk was the tech and I found him to be warm, likable, and skilled. He listened to me as I explained the problem and crafted a creative solution that avoided purchasing a new lock/latch. Took less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with the service and the solution!

Tuesday afternoon, I had the awesome pleasure of meeting Mr. Maurice, The Southern Lock Doctor. He was very courteous and professional. Despite me not having the lock readily available, he waited patiently (while I was spazzing out because I thought I knew where I left it). He arrived promptly at 2pm to install a digital smart lock to my front door. Without delay he started installing the handles and deadbolt and was done well within an hour. Normally, this service would have cost $200 or maybe even $300 but it was no where near that price. So I am very thankful for Mr. Maurice dedicated services to our communities. I informed him I would definitely use him again in the near future.

Minute Key is excellent!!! It is so easy to walk up to the machine, insert my key, follow the prompts on the screen and get as many keys made as i need. I even get to choose special keys if I want. I have had to get over 20 keys made total over the past year and every one of them worked perfectly. I only use Minute Key because it saves me time in not looking for someone to cut the key and having to bring the one back that didn’t work 🙁

I was delighted that I could make several keys early in the day without needing a Lowe’s Associate to cut them. So I bought 4 of them, and got a 5th as a bonus. I then traveled an hour to distribute them to the people that needed them the same morning, but not before testing them to see if they actually worked. The 1-star review is because not one of them did. The people in the Lowe’s told me that they had seen mixed reviews on these keys, but there was no one available to make a key for me, and I liked the idea of using the machine anyway. But it was a terrible inconvenience when the keys I had paid for turned out to be utterly worthless… worse because of the waste of time and effort to have keys when they were needed. I think that Lowe’s should reconsider the decision to put these machines in their stores at all until they can consistently produce working copies.
