I didn’t realize they were a mobile service but I dropped in with an issue for my daughter’s car key. Very friendly and helpful and got the issue fixed in 5 min. Very nice people.

Called 3 times for a key told me it was instock, changed the price when I got there and then told I must have the vehicle there. After I explained to them I needed the second key for a Passive antitheft relearn witch makes the cars undeliverable until done. Also incredibly rude staff if I could give a 0 I would.

Quick and easy process using the machine. Instructions are clear as you go through the process. It will tell you which designs can be printed immediately and which would require shipping. I was able to apply a promotion, buy 2 get 1 free. I did have an issue with one of my keys not turning which was refunded. The only thing I didn’t like about the refund was I paid extra for specialty keys & they refunded the price of the basic key I chose as the “free” key.

Initially I did the locksmith near me and called from that list. All of those were call centers that were not helpful. MD Lock Doc was the only one that answered his own phone. Mitch gave me a price over the phone and was at the house in 30 minutes. He had my truck unlocked in less than a minute.
Very friendly, reliable, and most of all, the best price!

I am so grateful that I went with KeyMe. The dealership wanted to charge me $500 for 1 key and Key fob AND to program the key I paid less than half of that. It took about a week to receive the key and fob. The instructions are so easy to follow. It look about 25 to 30 minutes all together and the key and fob work great!! Snapped off a key in a padlock that was already set up with multiple keys. They could have just said “tough luck” and tried to sell me a new lock. It took some work, but they kept at it…even when I felt like it wasn’t worth messing with. Great, friendly service. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience.

Key looks and works great, there were alot of key blanks shown that were not available in the machine. Guess that just means business is good. Liked process alot better than waiting for a locksmith to cut one for sure.
