The machine experience was fine. When all 3 keys came out though, all 3 were sharp and jagged with burrs. When I got home to try the keys, the 2 with the designs on them were trash. Neither worked at all. The brass key worked fine. Spent almost $18 for 1 key… Not a good experience at all and will not be buying any more from you.

I experienced the QUICKEST and BEST customer service. My call was answered on the first try and I received next day assistance in getting an entire doorknob replaced while being able to keep the same keys. I would recommend over and over again!

I am disappointed in the service I received. Jenkins came highly recommended to me by several people. When I made an appointment to have one lock rekeyed and to replace another with a keyless entry device I bought, I waited three weeks. I was uncomfortable waiting that long since others had keys to the house I now occupy, but I waited. The locksmith was very professional and on time. However, he did not know how to program my keypad. There are instructions, but I thought by telling the scheduler the type of lock I had, Jenkins would send someone who knows how to program them as part of customer service. When I called to inquire today, I was told 1) if I wanted someone there earlier, I could have scheduled it as a lockout (more expensive) but no one told me that when I made the appointment, and 2) if I want someone to come out to assist with the keypad, it’s $60/hour for someone else who has that skill. No thanks. They should have sent someone with that skill in the first place, and it would have been part of the hourly rate I was changed then. Beyond that, the woman on the phone talked over me the entire call until I asked her not to, and to please let me complete a sentence. She let me finish, then said she was trying to tell me something. Yes, she was, by talking over me. I had a terrible customer service experience, and will never use them again. read less

Very responsive and polite! Got to us next day from us calling in the afternoon 😃 That was a plus but after a day the new door knob he installed started to stick and would not latch I thought it was just that way for new install but no I called him back today 12/5/2025 to make him aware and he said he could come back and take a look but it would be a fee! I was floored after how much he charged to do the work to begin with not willing to curtesy come back and fix it! He then called back and stated after checking his records that I was eligible under warranty and the time since install 🙂 He is here now taking a look and fixing the issue. Appreciate your service and attention to this matter Jose we will be doing business together in the future 12/9/2025❄️

I had an issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee fob. Upon my brother’s recommendation I went to B& D Lock Company and received the BEST service. These people are fake locksmiths. It’s nothing more than a kiosk that miscuts house keys. They charge $160 up front to unlock your car. Then charge you $80 to cancel. It’s a call center out of New York. They take your money then call actual locksmiths and try to pay them $90 to do the same job.

It’s literally a scam. Idk how they are legally getting away with it. It’s a 3rd party. Scam, scam, scam. These are the people who make locksmiths as a whole look bad.

A real locksmith company would never charge you up front like how these people do. The dcjs needs to investigate these people for fraud. All it is a kiosk that cuts house keys for way too much. Insanely overpriced.
And it’s because they call other locksmiths and try to pay them to do it.

Please, please, please do NOT give these people a dime. Ace, Lowe’s, Home Depot all make you pay afterwards.

Please don’t give them any money for car keys.

They have no actual locksmiths of their own. It’s a nation wide scam. They do the same thing your insurance company does when you need roadside assistance. Progressive insurance doesn’t come out. They pay another company to do it.

Same way except you actually pay them $160 or more.

It’s a straight up scam

We were so impressed and grateful to Wayne for his quick response time and his skill level. He came to the house to open a 20 year old safe that wouldn’t open with the code. He came the same day and spent over 2 hours drilling, hammering and using a crowbar to break through the cement and steel. It was a Herculean task that he accomplished all while remaining calm and polite. Despite the fact that the safe was empty, we were so thankful for Wayne’s efforts. It was a dirty and exhausting job.
