I experienced the QUICKEST and BEST customer service. My call was answered on the first try and I received next day assistance in getting an entire doorknob replaced while being able to keep the same keys. I would recommend over and over again!

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

Called to get a quote for changing my locks on my front door. The gentleman told me that his brother was going to give me a call which he did in a timely manner. Spoke to Sean which was the brother and I explained what I wanted and we discussed numbers over the phone after sending him photos of what I originally had. I was adamant to get it done today and he informed me that he was able to do that. That was what I wanted plus the price was good for me as well. He arrived when he said he would and took a moment to explain to me the new locks. I was impressed with how they operated and was more functional than what I originally had. While replacing the locks he noticed my door hinges were off and even took time to get the front door to be in lined. After he was done I checked everything out and even spoke to him about other projections in the near future. If you want to replace any locks or even program keys for your vehicle I would recommend this company. His work was efficient and going above just standard with his craft.

We were so impressed and grateful to Wayne for his quick response time and his skill level. He came to the house to open a 20 year old safe that wouldn’t open with the code. He came the same day and spent over 2 hours drilling, hammering and using a crowbar to break through the cement and steel. It was a Herculean task that he accomplished all while remaining calm and polite. Despite the fact that the safe was empty, we were so thankful for Wayne’s efforts. It was a dirty and exhausting job.

My experience with LKS Locksmiths was excellent. My initial call was answered prompt and pleasant. My service requested was at a very fair price. Daniel also made a security recommendation that was also very reasonable in cost which I included in my visit. He was communicative with me via phone call and text prior to his appointment time and he arrived within the timeframe that was given. Daniel completed the service in a tidy and expedient manner. I called one day about a missing key for a roof rack. Guys says not a problem. Went a few days later & had a new key made in short order! Very professional. They have always done a good job!

I am disappointed in the service I received. Jenkins came highly recommended to me by several people. When I made an appointment to have one lock rekeyed and to replace another with a keyless entry device I bought, I waited three weeks. I was uncomfortable waiting that long since others had keys to the house I now occupy, but I waited. The locksmith was very professional and on time. However, he did not know how to program my keypad. There are instructions, but I thought by telling the scheduler the type of lock I had, Jenkins would send someone who knows how to program them as part of customer service. When I called to inquire today, I was told 1) if I wanted someone there earlier, I could have scheduled it as a lockout (more expensive) but no one told me that when I made the appointment, and 2) if I want someone to come out to assist with the keypad, it’s $60/hour for someone else who has that skill. No thanks. They should have sent someone with that skill in the first place, and it would have been part of the hourly rate I was changed then. Beyond that, the woman on the phone talked over me the entire call until I asked her not to, and to please let me complete a sentence. She let me finish, then said she was trying to tell me something. Yes, she was, by talking over me. I had a terrible customer service experience, and will never use them again. read less
