I called over 12 hrs ago. The you g lady that answered was friendly enough, that’s the ONLY reason for the one star. She asked me info and my car and the assistance I needed and said a technician would call me soon to make sure my “phone line was open”. It’s almost 14 hrs later and still no phone call. It threw me off a little when I called the number and it was a Texas number, then when I didn’t get receive a call, I looked at the reviews (guess I should have done that first, but when you’re desperately in need of help) and I’m thinking that maybe this business is just a scam, a front for something else. Definitely something off when a business doesn’t want to make a few hundred bucks.

DO NOT use this kiosk!!! The key it made for me does not work and it charged me $7.41 that I see no way to get back. Don’t waste your money. Find a real live person that actually can cut one if such a thing still exists. This is a total rip off. Buyer Be Ware!!!!
