Really great service! Used one of their key copying machines to make three much needed keys for just over 12 bucks. All keys work perfectly, totally worth the time and trouble. Highly recommended

Exactly as advertised. Efficient, professional, and a super-smooth process. Keys mailed to my home within a few days. I especially appreciated that my uncommon key was easily copied. I tried a couple of local places and they couldn’t copy my key, and I didn’t want to have to drive all over creation hoping to find somewhere that could. A KeyMe kiosk was conveniently located in a local grocery store and five minutes later the transaction was complete. Very satisfied.

Mike repaired a broken exterior door assembly for us. He was very professional and communicated clearly in advance of his arrival. While onsite, he noticed 3 issues with the door that would solve the problems and recommended another company to help. Mike was most knowledgeable and efficient. Would not hesitate to call on American Lock and Key in the future.

Had a time slot for between 11-1. At 2:20 still no show no call. I cancelled the service. I’m fed up with contractors and service companies who do not respect our personal time. The fee was $239 to supply and program a spare car key seems high to begin with. Gave them a chance, they failed.

I chose to not pay extra for a service that I think they should automatically provide. The key I got worked fine, but it was sharp with jagged edges. I wasn’t mad because again, I didn’t pay extra. My only gripe is that I wish the key came smooth and ready to use without paying extra. I must say though, it worked, so I gave 4/5 stars.
