I had to contact Buckleys because my office door at work was mistakenly locked with my keys on the other side of the door. Buckleys was quick and arrived in 30 minutes. The customer service was great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I feel that 330 dollars was a bit much just for the tech to use a close hanger type tool and it literally only took him 30 seconds (no exaggeration). The tech was professional and polite.

I highly recommend the service at this location. I needed car key copy with two key fob programmed. And the owner took care of me promptly and at a great price. I will definitely use them again.

If I could, I would give this a negative five stars. I locked my keys in my car, called them, and they called me back with an estimated time of 45 minutes. One hour passed, and I called and asked where they were. They told me it would be another 30 minutes, and they would be there. When 30 minutes came and went, I called again, and he told me that he was on a job and he would be there in 20 minutes. They could have told me that two phone calls ago, but they didn’t. I waited almost two hours for nobody to show up. Then I had to call another company to unlock my car. I would not recommend them to unlock your car because they won’t show up and will play games with you.

Had a horrible experience with this company – my first time needing to call a locksmith. Returned home after school pickup and errands and my key, including a spare, do not open the lock. I looked up locksmiths near me and see that it is nearby. I called at 6:01 and was told a tech would call me. Tech calls at 6:07 and says he will be at my house in 20 minutes. At 6:40, no tech, I call back and am told the tech will call me back with a better estimate. At 6:58 I call back again, the woman apologizes, and hangs up on me. He finally arrived at 7:02. All he had to do was be honest because I could have taken my hungry daughter to get food. He arrives and does not say a word to me, doesn’t ask for ID, or do anything to verify I actually live in the house. I should have sent him home. He looks at the door and says he has to drill a hole through the lock! What is the purpose of this service?! After about 10 minutes, having already damaged the lock, he says he has to go to the store to get a drill bit. I say fine, I’m taking my daughter to eat and get out the cold, call me when you’re close so I know to come back. While eating, I get a Ring notification that he is already at the house. We return and it takes him about 15 minutes to get the door open. He then tells me the cost is $280! that I have to send through Zelle. I could have gotten my neighbors drill and done the same thing for free in less than the 2 hours it took this “professional”. Customer service then calls me about 20 minutes later and I recount the story. I was told that I should have negotiated a lower price. Now I have to stay up and install the new lock that I had to go purchase myself. This experience was absolutely insane and I wish I never heard of this company.

I paid $10 for a key copy and then got talked into paying an extra $2+ “to ensure accuracy.” Excuse me? You mean accuracy isn’t included in the first ten bucks?

Well, guess what? After paying my little “accuracy tax,” the key still didn’t work.

Now I’m out twelve bucks, still locked out, and the “spare key for real estate agents to tour the home” became a metal prop the poor realtor had to hold while waiting for me to show up and unlock the door myself.
