My experience with LKS Locksmiths was excellent. My initial call was answered prompt and pleasant. My service requested was at a very fair price. I went to Home Depot and Lowes to try to make a spare key but they weren’t able duplicate it due to the type of key it was. It was a newer type key with a special pattern. I went into Baldino and they were able to make me a spare with no issues. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Great service. I believe they also do car keys.

Making the key was a little difficult to understand the process at first. The key was made quickly. Once I got home, the key did not work.

Pro tip: When taking garbage to the dump, don’t accidentally throw your car keys into the trash compactor when you toss the bag! (Totally an accident, but there’s absolutely nothing the old fellas working there can do for you, and it’s almost impossible to get the keys back.)

So, we needed a vehicle locksmith FAST. Luckily, we knew exactly who to call who could cut us a new car key: Quality Lock. Brad not only answered the phone, he arrived SO quickly and is making a new vehicle key for us as I write this.

I’ve never needed a professional locksmith before either, so it’s also a cool process to watch. Brad didn’t make us feel like idiots for losing our keys, and he got us going again in less than 30 minutes of his arrival. Thank you, Brad, you made a frustrating day a lot less stressful!

Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. I called Harpers Ferry Lock and Key when I accidentally locked my only key in the car outside of a local restaurant. The older gentleman that showed up to help me was very nice and told me I could sit and wait inside while he did his thing since it was very cold outside. The entire process took only about 30 minutes and I was charged $115 which I feel is reasonable.
