Called to get a quote for changing my locks on my front door. The gentleman told me that his brother was going to give me a call which he did in a timely manner. Spoke to Sean which was the brother and I explained what I wanted and we discussed numbers over the phone after sending him photos of what I originally had. I was adamant to get it done today and he informed me that he was able to do that. That was what I wanted plus the price was good for me as well. He arrived when he said he would and took a moment to explain to me the new locks. I was impressed with how they operated and was more functional than what I originally had. While replacing the locks he noticed my door hinges were off and even took time to get the front door to be in lined. After he was done I checked everything out and even spoke to him about other projections in the near future. If you want to replace any locks or even program keys for your vehicle I would recommend this company. His work was efficient and going above just standard with his craft.

I had never seen a place where you can replicate a key 🔑 by yourself. I had asked a clerk at a store where I was shopping if they knew where I could have a replica key made. The lady behind me spoke up and told me about KeyMe, at Menards; how you do it yourself, and it was so easy! I commented as to whether I thought I could do it, because I usually run into problems when I do things by myself! 😆 But, It WAS easy, and when I tried the keys in my door lock, they worked perfectly! I went to Home Depot and Lowes to try to make a spare key but they weren’t able duplicate it due to the type of key it was. It was a newer type key with a special pattern. I went into Baldino and they were able to make me a spare with no issues. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Great service. I believe they also do car keys.

Not sure if this is the normal schedule or a recent change, but the shop wasn’t open on Saturday. I stopped by around 10:30 AM and it was completely closed—lights off and the door locked. The sign on the door says they should be open, and the automated phone message says the same. I spoke with someone (likely an emergency dispatcher) who also confirmed the store should be open. They said they would relay my message, but I never heard back.

Zono (+ the team here) were able to copy my Mustang’s key for a spare—complete with electronics and the emergency hard copy. He knew right what to do! They’re clearly very knowledgeable, as well as personable, quick, and local to me. The keys are near identical, and coming here saved me the dealership’s markup I would have to pay just for the pony logo. Thanks again!

I don’t usually give reviews, but I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the service or lack thereof. I called because I needed a locksmith to get into my car. I was told that they could be there 30 minutes which is why I agreed to use their service. I received a text less than 5 minutes before the individual was supposed to arrive saying they changed providers, and I would have to wait an additional hour. I called the support center and though they were pleasant, they weren’t able to provide a direct explanation. They did offer to provide me with frequent updates on the service members location, which I agreed to. Not even 5 minutes after I got off the phone, I received a text message saying they completely canceled my request, and that they could no longer help me because the all of the providers were unavailable. The individuals I spoke to were professional. However, due to the lack of follow through and the fact that they wasted about an hour of my time where I could have reached out to another company, I will not be using or recommending them in the future.

Making the key was a little difficult to understand the process at first. The key was made quickly. Once I got home, the key did not work.
